Delete your NunnyEatz account

You can permanently delete your account and the personal data that NunnyEatz is not legally required to retain.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to your NunnyEatz customer account.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete my account and confirm.

Active orders must first be completed or cancelled. Customer profile details, saved addresses and marketing preferences are removed. Order and financial records that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes are retained only as necessary and anonymised where appropriate.

Request deletion without signing in

If you cannot access your account, submit the form below using the email address associated with it. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
