We want customers to discover more local businesses — and we want those businesses to keep more of the value they create.
Our aim is to build something that works for the businesses in the community we live and work in.
Who can join NunnyEatz?
NunnyEatz is being built for three main types of business.
Restaurants & Takeaways
Showcase your business and menu, receive online orders and offer delivery or collection according to the options you provide.
Retailers & Shops
Showcase your store and products, with features such as collection, local delivery and parcel shipping being supported as the retail marketplace develops.
Local Services
Showcase your business and the services you provide, with additional service and booking features planned as the marketplace develops.

Straightforward pricing
There is no upfront fee to join NunnyEatz.
We believe local businesses should be able to explore a new route to market without having to pay simply for the opportunity to be there.
Our core marketplace model means fees become payable when eligible sales are successfully made through NunnyEatz.
Additional or optional services may have separate charges where applicable, but these will be explained before a Merchant chooses to use them.
We deliberately aim to keep our fees competitive and sustainable.
NunnyEatz is being built in Nuneaton, for businesses in the community we live and work in. We want to help local businesses grow, reach more customers and keep more of the value they create.
Our success should come from helping local businesses succeed — not from charging them simply to join.
The charges applicable to an individual business are explained clearly as part of the Merchant onboarding and agreement process.
Your delivery charge belongs to you
You decide whether to charge your customers for delivery and how much to charge.
NunnyEatz does not set or prescribe your delivery charge.
You know your business, your customers and the cost of providing your delivery service. How much you charge your customer for that service is your commercial decision.
When your customer pays a delivery charge through NunnyEatz:
100% of that customer delivery charge is allocated to you.
NunnyEatz does not take commission from the delivery charge paid by your customer.
You remain responsible for arranging and funding the delivery service you choose to provide.
You control your business
Joining NunnyEatz doesn’t mean handing control of your business to us.
You remain responsible for your business and decide things such as:
- what you sell;
- your menu, products or services;
- your prices;
- your delivery charges;
- whether you offer collection;
- your opening or availability information;
- your delivery area where applicable; and
- how you operate your business.
NunnyEatz provides the marketplace and technology to help connect you with customers.
Your Merchant Dashboard
Participating businesses receive access to their own NunnyEatz Merchant area.
The features available depend on your type of business and the services currently supported.
Food businesses
Manage areas such as:
- your business profile;
- menu categories;
- menu items;
- pricing;
- availability;
- orders;
- fulfilment information; and
- settlements.
Retail businesses
Manage areas such as:
- your store profile;
- product categories;
- products;
- pricing;
- stock information;
- local delivery options;
- collection;
- parcel shipping; and
- settlements.
Service businesses
Manage areas such as:
- your business profile;
- services;
- pricing; and
- settlements.
Additional features will continue to be introduced as NunnyEatz develops.
Payments with TrivantaPay
Payments made through NunnyEatz are processed through TrivantaPay using Stripe payment infrastructure.
Your Merchant onboarding includes the payment setup required for the services you use through NunnyEatz.
Applicable payment-processing charges and settlement arrangements will be explained as part of your Merchant Agreement and onboarding.
Get paid — your money is your money
We know cash flow matters to independent businesses.
We don’t believe in unnecessarily holding on to money you’ve earned.
NunnyEatz is designed to get eligible cleared funds to Merchants as quickly as reasonably possible under the settlement schedule available to their account.
Our standard settlement schedule for new Merchants is 7 days.
Following a qualifying trading period and subject to account status and eligibility, Merchants may become eligible for our standard 3-day settlement schedule.
For eligible Merchants, same-day settlement may also be available subject to approval and any applicable terms or charges.
NunnyEatz does not earn interest on Merchant funds while they are held within the Stripe payment infrastructure, and we do not operate longer settlement periods simply as a way of benefiting from holding your money.
Your money is your money. Our job is to help you do business — not penalise you for doing it.
Settlement timing can still be affected by matters outside our control or by requirements relating to payment processing, fraud prevention, disputes, refunds, compliance, account reviews or other applicable payment-provider requirements.
Your Merchant Dashboard will provide information about payments and settlements processed through NunnyEatz.
Any applicable conditions or charges for optional faster settlement services will be clearly explained before you choose to use them.
Delivery — your choice
You decide how you want to fulfil the orders you receive.
Depending on your business and the options available through NunnyEatz, this may include:
- your own drivers;
- collection;
- local delivery arrangements;
- third-party delivery arrangements;
- parcel shipping for retail businesses; or
- delivery services made available through NunnyEatz.
However you choose to arrange delivery, you remain in control of what your customer pays for delivery.
Get discovered locally
NunnyEatz isn’t only about processing an order after a customer has already decided where to shop.
We want to help customers discover local businesses.
Customers will be able to browse participating businesses, explore menus, products and services and find businesses relevant to what they’re looking for.
As the marketplace grows, we’ll continue developing new ways for local customers to discover local businesses.
ReferZ — recommendations that mean something
ReferZ makes it easier for verified customers to recommend the local businesses they love to people they know.
Customers can recommend specific restaurants, takeaways, shops and service providers they discover through NunnyEatz.
Business pages display anonymous ReferZ totals and, once enough customers select them, positive compliment tallies. Merchants cannot identify individual contributors.
ReferZ is a structured recommendation feature, not a written-review or star-rating platform.
Z Points
Z Points is our customer rewards programme.
It gives customers additional reasons to use NunnyEatz and support participating local businesses.
Customers earn points on qualifying goods after successful completion and may use them for available platform-funded or participating Merchant rewards, subject to the Customer Terms.
Meet Ziggy
We’re developing Ziggy, the NunnyEatz support and marketplace assistant.
Ziggy will be designed to help customers navigate NunnyEatz, discover participating businesses and get help when they need it.
That could mean a customer asking:
“Who does pizza near me?”
or:
“Find me somewhere doing curry in CV11.”
As NunnyEatz grows, Ziggy should make it easier for customers to discover businesses based on the information available through the marketplace.
Ziggy will also help collect information about customer enquiries and direct issues to the appropriate Merchant or NunnyEatz team.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing upfront.
There is no upfront fee simply to join NunnyEatz.
Our core marketplace model is based around successful transactions made through NunnyEatz, so marketplace fees become payable when eligible sales are successfully made.
Other charges may apply where a Merchant chooses additional or optional services.
Any applicable fees and commercial terms will be explained clearly as part of the Merchant onboarding and agreement process.
